Check re-presentment is an automated, electronic
system used to collect returned checks. Check acceptance at the
point of sale
is unchanged. All returned checks are routed directly to us,
eliminating the fees charged to you by your bank. Your checks
are then re-presented to your customer’s bank through
the Automated Clearing House; you are paid 100% of the face
amount
of the check upon collection. Checks that fail to clear electronically
are immediately forwarded to collections for 100% reimbursement
once collected.
